As early as 1979, ELBA was the first manufacturer to equip its concrete mixing plants with computer-aided controls systems. Since that time, the systems have become more and more sophisticated and service-friendly. Today, complete production processes can be automated and remote controlled. The MS Windows-compatible programme is operated via keyboard and mouse. The ELBAMATIC S, SP, and C automation systems base on the same SPC platform, providing upgradable modular systems which ensure maximum reliability, flexibility and a sustainable investment. The control systems may be integrated into Company networks and production systems by TCP/IP.
Apart from the ELBAMATIC S, SP, and C control systems, ELBA offers other systems to be applied in concrete production, quality assurance and for concrete pumps.
ELBAMATIC S
This universally applicable batching system enables ready-mix concrete plants to be operated fully automatically. The operating software is specially designed to meet concrete production requirements. It includes a manual control software, as well as a simple automation system incl. material and recipe managements. Furthermore, it allows to print out a batch protocol. The necessary data input is easy, an intelligent windows technology increases the operating efficiency. Being a basic version the ELBAMATIC S is fitted with a desktop PC and 1 monitor. As an alternative, the software may run on a panel PC with integrated keyboard in the control cabinet.
ELBAMATIC SP
Extension of the functions of the ELBAMATIC S by an order management of up to 30 orders. In addition, process relevant data may be stored and evaluated. Visualization is split on two monitors.
ELBAMATIC C
The high-end batching control system offers a comprehensive data management in the form of a SQL database. Process-relevant data can be archived for a long time and statistically evaluated. This batching control distinguishes itself by 9999 recipes, unlimited orders and requests, a free material assortment, and an order-related additive batching. The delivery notes can be adjusted by the customer and be provided with advertising texts.
Manual operation desk and indicator panel
Optional for all ELBAMATIC control systems and also available for retrofitting. The manual control desk shows the layout of the plant allowing a comfortable and easy-to-overview manual operation of the plant.
